Scott has an ease of communication, which facilitates mediation for the parties and their attorneys. He is a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Scott loves what he does, and it is very transparent."

  • "I had a very, very challenging med mal mediation today with Scott. I cannot say enough about what a great job he did. He was excellent with my client and he was spot on all day during the negotiations. He understood the medicine and appreciated the dynamics in our room. He worked tirelessly all day to close the gap and get the case settled. It was clear that he was also able to get along with the insurance adjuster (no easy task) and that she trusted him. I will definitely keep Scott on the top of my mediator list going forward."
